While we anticipate no interruption in service as a result of the work, we cannot entirely rule out periods of intermittent connectivity or degraded services during this maintenance window. We will make all efforts to keep any service disruption within the window to a minimum, but Collaborate clients hosted at our CAL1 (Calgary hosted data center) should be aware that intermittent connectivity is possible. 1 week, 5 days ago Intermittent Problems Thursday, April 12, 2018 9:45 AM MDT (Eastern Daylight-Savings Time) UTC/GMT -6 hours - Users are intermittently receiving errors sharing PowerPoint and PDF files in Collaborate Ultra sessions. As a workaround, please try uploading the file again or converting to image files. Collaborate DevOps is actively working to investigate and resolve this issue.
