3 weeks, 4 days ago Info (6/1/2017) With our updated login page, we've received reports of login problems with usernames containing a space. Our Engineering team has identified the problem and is currently working to correct this issue. As a work around users may remove the space in their username to correct this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
2 months, 2 weeks ago Up (4/13/17) On Wednesday April 12th at approximately 12:45am PT during Connect database maintenance the reporting service stopped working which resulted in errors when retrieving delivery results. By 4am PT the schedule delivery results were once again available except for email only schedules. No message deliveries were affected. The Blackboard Engineering team identified the issue and are working to fix the email delivery details. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
2 months, 2 weeks ago Up (4/13/17) On Friday April 7th at approximately 4:15pm PT we encountered an issue with our Text to Speech messaging service that resulted in “Undeliverable” status for TTS message schedules. Voice, E-mail, and SMS messages were not affected. Our engineer team identified the problem and were able to correct the issue by 5pm PT on Saturday April 8th.

6 months, 1 week ago Info (12/15/2016) While performing a service upgrade to Connect 5 last night, the application experienced an event which rendered the URL for Connect 5's logon page as “Deceptive” for the Chrome, Safari, and Firefox browsers. Our Engineering team has contacted Google and are working together to remove this warning. Please be advised this is currently a cosmetic issue and your connection to Blackboard Connect is secure.

This maintenance will include a brief service disruption which may last up to 15 minutes. The Connect login screen will provide status indicating when the planned downtime is occurring.

Blackboard Engineers continue to work with the voice provider to retrieve status data from earlier calls. Due to some downstream network issues at the voice provider, we expect some additional delay before these are all available.

During this short window, an information page will display indicating the maintenance is in progress.
