7 months, 3 weeks ago Intermittent Problems Custom audio is currently not working. While you may be informed by the system that it was recorded and saved properly, it is not. You can tell it was not saved due the lack of playback button next to the message. If you need to send out an audio message, you have two options. You can use our text-to-speech option, or you can record the audio locally and upload that file to be used in your call. Our voice recording software runs on Amazon Web Services, and is being affected by Amazon’s outage (https://status.aws.amazon.com/). Our engineering team is working with Amazon to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

2 years ago Intermittent Problems Work continues to deliver a consistent page load speed. All automated notifications that should have occurred will be manually run this afternoon by 3pm MT. This should cover automated messages that were scheduled to occur between 8:48am MT, and 10:00am MT. All other automated messages should have been processed normally. If you have a question as to whether or not your automated message was sent, you can check on the status via the Message Tracking Report. If you do not see your message in this report after 3pm MT, please do contact support.
2 years ago Intermittent Problems Over the past hour, service has slowly been restored. While speed of access is not what we expect, recovery from this morning's power outage continues. We will update this page as more progress is made.

Once power has been restored, we will manually process these notifications. This may take some time, but we ensure that they will be processed before end of day. Please note that any demographic imports scheduled during this down time will not be processed.
