5 months, 3 weeks ago Up PGT monitoring indicates that performance continues its normal behaviour after improvements introduced overnight. We’re continuing to watch the situation closely. Unless further issues arise this will be the final service status update for this incident and formal incident reports will be sent soon.
5 months, 3 weeks ago Intermittent Problems As per last nights advisory, three additional web nodes were deployed overnight. An immediate improvement in performance was observed although this is obviously during relatively light levels of usage. We’re closely monitoring the situation and will provide further updates as they’re available.

Maintenance notifications will be sent shortly for the work being performed tonight however no further updates are expected through this communication channel until tomorrow.
5 months, 3 weeks ago Intermittent Problems Sporadic performance issues continue to occur for some clients with symptoms including 503 errors and page timeouts for some users. Investigation continues and as more information becomes available we will keep you updated but any significant improvement will be unlikely before the additional nodes are added after hours tonight. If significant performance degradation occurs before then please contact your SDM or raise a fault report.

The team continue to monitor the environment and determine the root cause of the issue. A formal Incident Report has been released which provides details of the issue and its resolution. We thank you for your patience during the service interruptions.
