1 year, 8 months ago Info While Pacnet/Telstra are still working towards a full resolution, additional capacity has been added to the network to ease the traffic caused by the subsea cable failure. While no issues have been reported accessing Crocodoc and Safeassign from South East Asia in the past 24 hours, please contact Client Support in case of issues with these systems.
1 year, 8 months ago Intermittent Problems Pacnet/Telstra are experiencing connectivity issues with one of the subsea cables between Philippines and Japan, and currently working on resolving the issue. Unfortunately they don't have an ETR at the moment. Managed Hosting and Self Hosted clients based in South East Asia that use Crocodoc and Safeassign might experience slow response times and other performance issues.
