1 month, 3 weeks ago Up SIN1 datacenter - the Blackboard technical teams have applied a fix recommended by the network and storage vendors and confirmed that redundancy in the SIN1 network is now restored
2 months ago Intermittent Problems SIN1 datacenter - an attempt to implement a fix recommended by the vendor has caused a short outage to some of the systems hosted in SIN1. The teams quickly reverted the change and re-implemented the workaround. The investigation with the vendor continues.
2 months ago Maintenance SIN1 datacenter - following the outage on October 9th, the storage vendor has recommended a network change to bypass potentially faulty hardware. The network teams are currently implementing the change, while this is not expected to impact the service, clients might experience intermittent network issues while the issue is being addressed.

Due to the redundant network setup, clients are currently not impacted. We are liaising with our vendors to replace the failed network component.
