Collaborate Ultra - AWS (US) Single Session Server Taken Out of Service

Tuesday, September 15, 2020 11:27 AM EDT (Eastern Daylight Time) GMT -4 hours - Some Collaborate Ultra users may have experienced an issue where session attendees could not hear each other within sessions. A single Collaborate Ultra Saturn server was taken out of service to address this issue. For any sessions that are still experiencing issues, please have everyone exit the session and re-enter. The issue has been escalated to the Blackboard Collaborate Ultra development team for further analysis and troubleshooting.
