Blackboard Ally will be undergoing scheduled maintenance to make updates to the Ally databases. Ally’s functionality will remain available for all existing content, but new content will not be processed until the end of the maintenance window. As part of this maintenance, we expect a brief downtime period of up to 5-10 minutes during which the Institutional Report, Configuration UI and Course Accessibility Report will be unavailable and the Instructor Feedback and Alternative Formats will not be displayed within courses.

Australia and New Zealand Maintenance for institutions hosted from the Sydney (Australia) AWS Data Center will take place on Saturday 18 April from 10pm-1am (Sunday 19 April) Australian Eastern Standard Time
Asia Maintenance for institutions hosted from the Singapore AWS Data Center will take place on Saturday 18 April from 8-11pm Singapore Time
Europe Maintenance for institutions hosted from the Frankfurt (Germany) AWS Data Center will take place on Saturday 18 April from 2pm-5pm Central European Time / 1pm-4pm UK time
Canada Maintenance for institutions hosted from the Montreal (Canada Central) AWS Data Center will take place on Saturday 18 April from 8-11am Eastern Time / 5-8am Pacific Time
United States Maintenance for institutions hosted from the North Virginia (US-East-1) AWS Data Center will take place on Saturday 18 April from 8-11am Eastern Time / 5-8am Pacific Time
