Scheduled - We will be migrating Behind the Blackboard to our new consolidated support site, the Anthology Support Center on July 29. To support this effort, Behind the Blackboard will be unavailable from Friday, July 26, 5pm ET to Monday, July 29, 3am ET.
For Severity 1 cases, contact us via phone or bbsupport@anthology.com. Beginning Monday, July 29, you will be redirected to our new Anthology Support Center to submit and manage support cases and can access with your same login credentials.

SafeAssign will undergo a maintenance update on July 31, 2024, during low peak hours. Learn and API clients will experience impacts for up to seven hours. For Learn clients, all submissions during this time will be queued and will be processed at the end of the maintenance period. For API clients, it will be necessary to resubmit all submissions made during the downtime period.
This downtime is essential for a backend infrastructure update, as we are transitioning to a new infrastructure. This transition impacts all SafeAssign clients. Posted on
