The maintenance entails an upgrade of the underlying Ally database and will result in some downtime for Ally Course reporting as part of the Institutional report. Resolved - Monday, November 9, 2020 6:24 AM EST (Eastern Standard Time) GMT -5 hours- Some Collaborate Ultra users may have experienced an A00 error when joining sessions for ~2 minutes. A single Collaborate Ultra Saturn server was taken out of service due to a technical issue. Any users that are still experiencing issues should refresh their browsers to reconnect to the session.
