Identified - Our development team have identified an intermittent issue with source data from Blackboard Learn loading into Snowflake, which may result in some new data not being loaded into the Blackboard Data Canonical Data Model (CDM) in a small number of cases for clients hosted in the EU AWS region. Note that this happens randomly and is self-correcting in subsequent nightly refreshes, and so can result in delayed data for a period of up to several days. We are investigating this issue and hope to resolve it quickly.

Identified - Provisioning of Blackboard Data for new clients in Singapore and Canada is currently on hold as we migrate the authentication process to a different region.
All existing incomplete requests, and all new requests, for new Blackboard Data instances or new users, are on-hold and placed in a queue, and will be resumed once this work has been completed. We will post a status update once this is done.
Following migration, all existing users will need to reset their passwords using the "forgot password" process on the Blackboard Data login form.

Investigating - Connect is experiencing an issue in which a subset of automated uploads are not being processed. We suggest that you review the status on any critical uploads from today via the Import History page on the user interface. If necessary, you can manually upload that file or schedule it for future delivery. Our engineers are currently investigating the issue. Monitoring - Our development team identified a reporting issue where the details of Message Tracking are showing an incorrect status of "Not Delivered - No Supported Language" for some clients.
This status is then followed by the correct one, such as Delivered and Email Opened.
Our team is working to find the root cause of this reporting issue. We apologize for any confusion this may cause. If you have any questions about the status of your message, please reach out to our support team.
