On Saturday, June 12, 2021, Salesforce will be conducting scheduled maintenance that will affect Behind the Blackboard. The maintenance window will begin at 1:00 am US Eastern Standard Time (EST), and is expected to continue until 1:05 am US EST on Saturday, June 12, 2021.
During this 5 minute maintenance window, Behind the Blackboard will not be accessible. Behind the Blackboard users will not be able to log into the system to log/view cases and knowledge base articles. In the event that you need to contact Blackboard Client Support during this maintenance window, please do so by calling us directly.
