Identified

Our team is continuing to address the remaining issues following the recent outage. At this time, all Illuminate functionality, including the user interface, has been fully restored. We are aware that Course reports in Original courses are still unavailable and that a small number of clients may not yet see refreshed data. We expect these issues to be resolved later today. Thank you for your patience as we complete the final steps.

Investigating

Due to a recent outage with our third-party provider, Illuminate has partially recovered. Our team is actively investigating, but it appears some clients' data refresh tasks were missed during that period. Our team is actively investigating and working to resolve the issue and restore full functionality. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
