Ally Maintenance Scheduled for August 28th (AP-2 Sydney Region)

We will be performing some planned maintenance to apply an update to our database instances in our AP-2 Sydney (Australia) region.

During the maintenance window, the Institutional Report will be unavailable, and bulk, onboarding and course sync processes will be paused. All other Ally features, including Course Reporting, Instructor Feedback, Configuration UI and Alternative Formats may be delayed or unavailable for short periods of time during this window.

The maintenance windows are:

Maintenance for institutions hosted from the Sydney (Australia) AWS Data Center will take place on Friday 28th August from 4am-6am Australian Eastern Standard Time.
