Blackboard Ally will be unavailable for institutions hosted from the Sydney (Australia) AWS Data Center from Friday 26 June at 10pm – Saturday 27 June at 2am Australian Eastern Standard Time. This maintenance work consists of scaling out the Ally databases and implementing full data encryption at rest, which is an important next step in further improving Ally’s security practices.

During the maintenance window, the Institutional Report, Configuration UI and Course Accessibility Report will be unavailable and the Instructor Feedback and Alternative Formats will not be displayed within courses.
