The Developer Portal will undergo a maintenance update at this time.
This is a rolling update and we anticipate no disruption to Portal services.

Purpose:
We are updating Trusted Service definitions (managed by Anthology Staff) to allow some services to default to the Learn guest user when auto-registering site applications.
