We will be performing some planned maintenance to apply necessary changes to our databases in our US and European regions.
During the maintenance window, the Institutional Report, Course Reporting, Instructor Feedback, Configuration UI and Alternative Formats will be unavailable and bulk, onboarding and course sync processes will be paused.
The maintenance windows are as follows:
Europe Maintenance for institutions hosted from the Frankfurt (eu-central-1) AWS Data Center will take place on Saturday, 31 October from 8am - 12pm Central European Time / 7am - 11am UK time.
United States Maintenance for institutions hosted from the North Virginia (us-east-1) AWS Data Center will take place on Saturday, 31 October from 3am - 7am Eastern Time / 12am - 4am Pacific Time.
