Starting Friday, August 1, 2025, the Anthology Support Center will undergo maintenance.

Planned Start Time: 7:00 pm EDT, Friday, August 1, 2025
Planned End Time: 3:30 am EDT, Saturday, August 2, 2025

During this window, case status update emails will not be sent; however, we anticipate that you will still be able to log in to create and manage your cases.

Additionally, we will also be updating the status of some older Blackboard support cases that were created from 2008 to 2021, which were linked to a previously identified issue that has been closed. These cases will be moved to a “Resolved” status as part of our cleanup process. If the issue is still occurring on your current Production or Test environment, please don't hesitate to create a new case and Anthology Support will look into it further.
