We will be performing some planned maintenance to apply necessary changes to our databases in all regions.
During the maintenance window, the Institutional Report will be unavailable, and bulk, onboarding and course sync processes will be paused. All other Ally features, including Course Reporting, Instructor Feedback, Configuration UI and Alternative Formats may be delayed or unavailable for short periods of time.
The maintenance windows are:
Australia and New Zealand Maintenance for institutions hosted from the Sydney (Australia) AWS Data Center will take place on Saturday 27th September from 2pm-10pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.
Asia Maintenance for institutions hosted from the Singapore AWS Data Center will take place on Saturday 27th September from 12pm-8pm Singapore Time.
Europe Maintenance for institutions hosted from the Frankfurt (Germany) AWS Data Center will take place on Saturday 27th September from 6am-2pm Central European Time / 5am-1pm UK time.
Canada Maintenance for institutions hosted from the Montreal (Canada Central) AWS Data Center will take place on Saturday 27th September from 12am-8am Eastern Time / 9pm (26th September) - 5am Pacific Time.
United States Maintenance for institutions hosted from the North Virginia (US-East-1) AWS Data Center will take place on Saturday 27th September from 12am-8am Eastern Time / 9pm (26th September) -5am Pacific Time.
