Support is Changing for the Better!

On Thursday, 29 October, we will be updating our Support Portal and moving to a new support experience.

Finding answers gets easier, reaching a person stays simple, and every case has one owner from start to finish.

Once the new Support Portal is live, you will receive a welcome email with information on accessing the new site.

Please look out for this email on Thursday. From that point onward, the new Support Portal should be used for all support case activity.
