Update
Maintenance will be performed during the planned maintenance window (1:00 AM - 4:00 AM local datacenter time). There is however a chance that a small number of Learn sites may not perform the necessary refresh for up to 30 minutes after the maintenance window has closed. This means anyone attempting to access the Video Recording Feedback on one of those impacted Learn sites would encounter an error until the refresh is performed.

Currently instructors can record video feedback to students as they are grading assignments in Learn courses. This Recording feature is provided by some sub-components of Collaborate. Learn itself will NOT have any interruption, only this specific feature.
We’ve looked at the usage data to determine when the Recording feature is used the least and scheduled the maintenance during these times. Based on the data and where your Learn instance is hosted, you can expect the following maintenance window starting on Tuesday, September 13, 2022:
Australia (AWS Sydney) – Tuesday, September 13th 1:00-4:00 AM AEST (Monday, September 12th 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM EDT)
Europe (AWS Frankfurt) – Tuesday, September 13th 1:00-4:00 AM CEST (Monday, September 12th 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM EDT)
Canada (AWS Canada) – Tuesday, September 13th 1:00-4:00 AM EDT
United States (AWS N. Virginia) – Tuesday, September 13th 1:00-4:00 AM EDT
