Due to some changes in the planned SafeAssign update on July 31, 2024, clients should experience no impact. No resubmissions will be required.

SafeAssign will undergo a maintenance update on July 31, 2024, during low peak hours. Learn and API clients will experience impacts for up to seven hours. For Learn clients, all submissions during this time will be queued and will be processed at the end of the maintenance period. For API clients, it will be necessary to resubmit all submissions made during the downtime period.

This downtime is essential for a backend infrastructure update, as we are transitioning to a new infrastructure. This transition impacts all SafeAssign clients.
