During the maintenance window, the Institutional Report will be unavailable, and bulk, onboarding and course sync processes will be paused. All other Ally features, including Course Reporting, Instructor Feedback, Configuration UI and Alternative Formats may be delayed or unavailable for short periods of time during this window.
The maintenance window periods per region are as follows:
Australia and New Zealand
Maintenance for institutions hosted from the Sydney (Australia) AWS Data Center will take place on Saturday 26 July from 4pm-12am (Sunday 27 July) Australian Eastern Daylight Time.
Asia
Maintenance for institutions hosted from the Singapore AWS Data Center will take place on Saturday 26 July from 1-9pm Singapore Time.
Europe
Maintenance for institutions hosted from the Frankfurt (Germany) AWS Data Center will take place on Saturday 26 July from 6am-2pm Central European Time /5am-1pm UK time.
Canada
Maintenance for institutions hosted from the Montreal (Canada Central) AWS Data Center will take place on Saturday 26 July from 12-8am Eastern Time / 9pm (25 July) -7am Pacific Time.
United States
Maintenance for institutions hosted from the North Virginia (US-East-1) AWS Data Center will take place on Saturday 26 July from 12-8am Eastern Time / 9pm (25 July) -5am Pacific Time.
