Scheduled - Bb Annotate will be updated on March 24, 2025, starting at 1 PM EST. As part of this update, the Document Engine will be upgraded from version 1.4.4 to 1.4.5. This release includes general improvements and optimizations to enhance performance and reliability.
Customers in Asia, Australia , New Zealand, and the Middle East will be affected.

Update - CDM_LMS is now up to date for all the clients on multi-tenant CDM_LMS and teams are working on a fix for CDM_MAP and downstream reports which are still under impact . We will keep this thread (as well as status.blackboard.com) updated with progress.

Update - We have become aware of an issue of CDM_LMS refresh for all clients on multi-tenant CDM_LMS, to the effect that the data has not been refreshed since March 18th. This affects all clients in Canada, Singapore and Sydney AWS regions, and some clients in US and EU regions who have already moved to multi-tenant CDM_LMS (e.g. all those with Anthology Reach). A client unsure about their single/multi-tenant status can check this by seeing if the contents of CDM_LMS is tables (Single Tenant and unaffected) or views (Multi-tenant and affected). This issue is impacting CDM_MAP and BBD_ANALYTICS too.
